Our CLIA Certified lab:

All of our samples are mailed directly to our CLIA certified lab. There is no personally identifiable information on any sample the lab receives from us. Your sample is later matched to you by a kit ID located on the side of the collection kit your sample came in.

Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, the Site is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you should not provide any personally identifiable information (for example, your last name, home address or e-mail address) using the Site without the prior knowledge and permission of your parent or guardian.
